Architecture Admissions

There are two entrance exams for Architecture:
1)MH-CET (Not to be confused with the Engineering/Medical MHT-CET) - For Govt. colleges in Maharashtra (there are only two: Sir J.J. College of Architecture and Rachna Sansad’s Academy of Architecture)
2)NATA - For Private colleges (all over India). All the other architecture colleges in Mumbai, except the two mentioned above are private and come under the Mumbai University.
Another exception is the NMIMS College of Architecture which is a Deemed  University but it still follows NATA entrance exam).
Admissions can also be taken via AIEEE scores but not all colleges accept them.

Well, the whole procedure is under a central system called CAP (Central Admission Procedure).
