Pretty ok. Not good, not bad. Just OK.

2 canteens.  Both are pretty good (as in you get tasty food, but not dependable hygienically) and cheap.

Nothing much except food joints which provide fast food, south indian, ice cream parlours. But the area is pretty lively because of other colleges and school in the surrounding. CCD is also close by.

Verdict:

The best college for chemical engineering. It is placed 1st amongst the top chemical engineering schools in India. Don't miss it if you want to go for chemical engineering and can get into it. Nothing mentioned above should make you change your decision to not take this college. Its autonomous nature is an added advantage. Notable Alumni include Mukesh Ambani, K.A.Reddy (founder of Dr. Reddy’s Labs).
